Roseanna relocated here to Clearwater, Florida in 1988 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she worked for Penn Central Railroad and Consolidated Rail Corporation. Licensed as a Florida Realtor in 1990, she has been a member of the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors since 1991.

She has served on the Grievance committee and serves on the Professional Standards Committee along with being a Director for PROBiz for the Pinellas Realtor Organization. Roseanna has also been a member of the Florida Association of Realtors Honor Society, has sat on the Florida Bar Association Grievance Committee and was a certified trainer for Coldwell Banker.

Roseanna is the 1994 Recipient of the prestigious President’s Award from the Greater Clearwater Association of Realtors and she was Coldwell Banker’s Tampa Bay Mentor.

Roseanna has earned renowned recognition in Coldwell Banker’s Executive Club, President’s Club, Chairman’s Club and International President’s Circle.
